Pittsburg, PA: May 9, 2008. Beloved wife of 67 years to Robert L. Grossman. Beloved mother of Irwin (Laurie) Grossman of Weston, MA and Fern (Stephen) Schwartz of Pittsburgh. Sister of the late Jack S. Levine, Bernard Levine, Marie Steinmetz and Leona North. Grandmother of Danielle Grossman, Samuel Grossman and Zachary Schwartz. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Mrs. Grossman is survived by her lifelong friend, Florence Salitan.
Funeral Services will be held 1PM on Monday, May 12th at Parsky-Levy Memorial Chapel, 21 Lincoln Ave., Pittsford. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Betty Grossman Memorial Activity Fund c/o Riverview Towers, 52 Garetta Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. Shiva will be observed at the Jewish Home of Rochester, 2021 Winton Rd. S. from 5-7 PM.

Fern & Irwin - I am so sorry for your loss. I have such wonderful memories of your home being my "home away from home" while we were at RIT together. Your mom took great care of us all...may her memory be a blessing
